OUR RENTAL PROCESS CONSISTS OF 5 SIMPLE STEPS

STEP 1: Completion of an online Rental Application by the prospective tentant. (See Link Below).

STEP2: Landlord invites prospective tenant to Tour the Property.

STEP 3: Landlord invites prospective tenant to complete an Online Credit Application.

($39.95 payable by each applicant;refundable with payment of 13th month rent;

STEP 4: Prospective tenant provides landlord with Proof of Income.

STEP 5: Lease signing* and Move-in

The initial term of our lease is one(1) year. After the first year, the lease term renews on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

All steps processed on a first come first serve basis.

Maximum of 3 occupants per rental unit.

NOTE: ALL TENANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO RENT FROM US:

(1) A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS.

(2) INTERNET ACCESS EITHER THROUGH WORK; PRIVATE HOME COMPUTER OR SMART PHONE, OR PUBLIC ACCESS (LOCAL PUBLIC LIBRARY).

(3) A VALID CHECKING ACCOUNT.

ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE MADE "ONLINE ONLY" UTILIZING A "FREE" ONLINE SERVICE WE PROVIDE OUR TENANTS.

PET POLICY: We consider ourselves Pet Friendly. However:

PETS WILL BE EVALUATED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED.
ADDITIONAL $10 PER PET PER MONTH ADDED TO BASE MONTHLY RENT DUE.
SIGNED PET ADDENDUM AND $200.00 PET DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE AFTER 1ST YEAR IS REQUIRED AT MOVE-IN, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our rental website is designed to tell you everything about the apartment and us. We don't feel it is too much to ask a prospective tenant to tell us a little bit about themselves.
